Paige Laino (she/they) completed their MLIS at CUNY Queens College, at which she occasionally teaches. She designed the curriculum for their Time-Based Media Preservation class, and is an advisor on their forthcoming AV preservation program. Since 2024, they have been the Archivist for Robert Wilson and the Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Center, and before that they were the Archive and Alumni Manager at Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture for over a decade. She specializes in time-based media preservation projects and has worked with artists such as Daniel Bozhkov, and the estates of John Giorno and Chris Marker. Their first and only attempt at curation was Ode to the Sea: Art From Guantánamo Bay in 2016. She has done a series of projects collaborating with artists including The Tomorrow Archive, a periodic zine of art and writing supporting families evacuating Gaza, and a USB video exhibition for XFR Collective, for which she is the treasurer.

Rohan Subramaniam (he/they) is an audio-visual specialist, arts administrator, information technologist, and archivist-in-training, originally from New Delhi, India. Rohan has a BFA in Film & Video from Pratt Institute and is currently pursuing the MLS degree from Queens College with the Advanced Certificated in Archives. They currently work at Franklin Furnace Archives and has formerly worked at Pratt Institute Libraries, CUNY TV and Queens College Library. Rohan's professional and research interests include avant-garde arts preservation, audio-visual preservation, film production, digital information infrastructure and information privacy
